• Budget Information.  Does your project require alternate, breakout or unit pricing to be submitted along with your base bid? At NOS we understand your bid process and we go out of our way to provide assistance to you so that you have the best possible chance to win the bid.
   
• Proposals.  NOS provides professional and complete proposals, clear and concise. We include all pricing and will include alternates. Our proposals are always submitted on corporate letterhead with a phone number and contact person for those last minute questions. The reputation of our sub contractors is of paramount importance and our focus is to provide the professional services you are accustomed to receiving.
   
• Submittals. NOS provides any required product data submittals, which may include samples, shop drawings, technical data cut sheets, etc. to ensure the correct products are verified and will be installed on your project.  Request submittals here.

• LEED.  Did you know that LEED Phases do not direct correlate to the traditional architectural project phases, however, there are distinct overlaps in the planning and execution of a LEED project?  As with all rating systems LEED requires forms, proof, verification, narratives, and documents to be submitted for final review. Coordinating what is due and when is a large task that can add unwanted time and cost to the scope of a project. LEED is not just about designing and constructing green buildings. LEED is a certification process that requires a high level of communication and documentation. We can refer you to a LEED accredited professional if needed.
